H4H Rare Storyteller for Focal Segmental Glomerulosclerosis
Sammy Rogers was diagnosed with Focal Segmental Glomerulosclerosis when he was 2 years old. His journey has inspired his mom, Sue, to spread awareness about this rare kidney disease. She is honored to join H4H and be among other Rare Storytellers in sharing their stories of challenge, hope, and strength.
