Throughout the year our very own Play This Forward Outreach Program engages people in the creation of The H4H Annual Playlist for Rare Disease, along with Fundraising and Sponsorship Opportunities that sustain our gifts of music for children, young adults and families facing the challenges of living with Rare Disease.
